OUR PUBLIC COMMITMENT
Governed AI. Responsible data use. Human-directed outcomes.
AIICOTECH, LLC is a Maryland-based intelligent infrastructure and decision intelligence company. We support commercial and public-sector organizations through advisory services, readiness assessments, configured workflows, systems integration, pilots, implementation support, and managed improvement.
This statement describes our current public commitments and general delivery approach. The specific controls, service levels, data handling requirements, deliverables, and responsibilities for an engagement are established through the applicable proposal, statement of work, contract, data-processing terms, and client-approved architecture.
Governed by Design
We view AI as a tool to support human capability—not as a universal substitute for professional judgment or accountable decision-making. Our approach begins with the decision, users, data, operating environment, potential impact, and measurable outcome before selecting technology.
Where appropriate to the engagement, governance requirements are incorporated into discovery, requirements, architecture, testing, deployment, training, monitoring, and change management. The depth of review and control is scaled to the use case and risk.
Material decisions should have a named human owner with appropriate authority to review, question, approve, reject, escalate, or stop an AI-assisted action.
Controls are selected according to the intended use, affected people, operating environment, data sensitivity, consequences, and reasonably foreseeable misuse.
We seek to minimize collection, limit access, document permitted use, and address provenance, quality, retention, deletion, and transfer within the applicable engagement.
Identity, access, secrets, integrations, logging, resilience, suppliers, and change management are considered throughout design and delivery.
Requirements, assumptions, approvals, testing, limitations, incidents, and material changes should be documented at a level proportionate to risk.
Performance, drift, failures, user feedback, supplier changes, and control effectiveness should inform monitoring and improvement after deployment.
Framework-informed delivery
We use recognized frameworks as structured references when they are relevant to the engagement and client obligations.
NIST AI Risk Management Framework
The NIST AI RMF is a voluntary framework. AIICOTECH may use its Govern, Map, Measure, and Manage functions to help structure risk-management activities, documentation, and improvement. Use of the framework does not by itself establish compliance, certification, regulatory approval, or system safety.

ISO/IEC 42001:2023
AIICOTECH offers readiness and implementation support for organizations developing an Artificial Intelligence Management System. We do not represent AIICOTECH as an accredited certification body, do not issue ISO certifications, and do not guarantee certification. Independent certification, when pursued, is performed by an appropriate third-party certification body.

Applicable obligations
Laws, regulations, contractual duties, security requirements, and sector-specific controls vary by jurisdiction, client, system, and data type. They must be evaluated within the relevant scope. Framework alignment is not a substitute for legal advice or a client's independent compliance responsibilities.
Data use, separation, and AI providers
Website inquiries
Information submitted through aiicotech.com may be stored in AIICOTECH-controlled website records and processed through authorized hosting and business systems, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Lists, Power Automate, security, and communication services, as described in our Privacy Notice.
Client information
For client engagements, we seek to apply purpose limitation, least-privilege access, appropriate environment separation, approved integrations, and documented retention and handling requirements. The architecture and controls available depend on the selected service, hosting environment, provider capabilities, contract, and client requirements. We do not describe any system as absolutely secure or absolutely isolated.
Model training
AIICOTECH does not intentionally authorize client confidential information to be used to train publicly available general-purpose AI models. If an approved AI provider will process client information, the intended data, provider, configuration, access, retention, and applicable data-use terms should be evaluated and documented for the engagement before processing begins.
Do not submit classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), export-controlled data, protected health information, credentials, procurement-sensitive material, personal records, detailed vulnerabilities, or other restricted information through this website. We will coordinate an appropriate authorized channel when the scope requires it.
Human review and decision authority
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for a particular context. Review requirements therefore depend on the use case and potential impact. For material or higher-risk applications, AIICOTECH recommends defined human ownership, review criteria, escalation paths, override capability, and documented approval or rejection decisions.
THE ATLAS RULERecommend technology only when it measurably improves a decision.
Unless a client has completed an appropriate legal, technical, operational, and risk review, AI-generated output should not be the sole basis for decisions affecting legal rights, employment, healthcare, public benefits, physical safety, eligibility, or other consequential outcomes.
Confidentiality and intellectual property
Ownership, licensing, permitted use, confidentiality, return or deletion, and derivative-work terms are governed by the written agreement for each engagement. A public website inquiry does not create a nondisclosure agreement, fiduciary relationship, professional-client relationship, or obligation to treat unsolicited material as confidential.
Do not send trade secrets, source code, security details, proprietary datasets, or other sensitive information before an appropriate written agreement and approved exchange method are in place. When a nondisclosure agreement or contract applies, AIICOTECH handles information according to those terms and the approved project controls.
Security, incidents, and continuous improvement
AIICOTECH uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the services and information involved. No internet transmission, cloud service, software system, or security control can be guaranteed to prevent every error, outage, misuse, or unauthorized access.
Project-specific monitoring, incident response, notification, recovery, audit evidence, and continuity obligations are defined by applicable law and contract. We review our public statements and practices as our services, providers, risks, and obligations evolve.
